$50 Regcleaner scamware. Use this and your computer won't boot. If it does boot, it will break many things. Most of which you won't notice right away.

If you are looking for a free solution this one is not for you, while it will show you the recovered files it will not let you copy them unless you buy the product. Well, I was looking for some effective, not free. At first I bought GDB NTFS and tested it for a few days. I was impressed enough to purchase the $170 bundle. While some software does fat/ntfs/etc in one program, GDB uses separate software which I think produces better results. Costs a little more but anything good does!
