Download Studio can be daunting to start with. It takes a while to get your head around since its got so many different downloading tools included. My perseverance has paid off. I can now download anything from the web. I highly recommend it if you want a set of integrated, powerful downloading tools that can get more than just a simple file from a web site.

I switched because my other tool did not download from rapidshare correctly- but was plesantly surprised by the vast array of tools provided in this package. Very professional package.

? YOU TELL ME IT DOESN'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING EMBEDS ITSELF INTO SO MANY AREAS OF YOUR COMPUTER EVEN MY FIREFOX AND NERO HAVE BEEN WIPED OUT. TRYING THIS PRODUCT WILL COST YOU (SO FAR 3 DAYS OF COMPUTER REPAIRING) THE WORST MALICIOUS PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BEEN STUPID ENOUGH TO TRY IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME TELL YOUR FRIEND OR SOON TO BE EX-FRIEND HOW GOOD IT IS AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY TRY TO REMOVE IT. THIS WAS DESIGNED TO BE MALICIOUS IF YOU DON'T BUY. LIKE DOWNLOADING BEN-LADEN TO YOUR PC

A long time user of the downloadstudio set of tools, I have found them invaluable. Never had any problems uninstalling! I have never had any problems with it that the support team could not help me with!

I could not pass over the bad comments on "wrecking" below. It is hard to believe,I am using this software over few years now, never had a major problem,including Unistall.See the Firefox integration, is getting video from YouTube just by one click! rtsp not supported, but I have found it is not used too often now. Recommended for professionals.

"Disaster - embeds itself like a virus - can't uninstall" don't know anty Can't uninstal either from uninstall option, control panel or zdnet uninstaller. Cannot understand how you can offer this to your readers

"Good download program with a helpful company behind it" Firstly, the company that makes this download program really help its customers. I asked 3 questions and got a reply for both the next day. As for downloading, I did notice a big speed increase and I was able to download the files I wanted. It is bigger than other download programs, but this seems to directly correlated to the number of features included in it as compared to "lite" download programs that only do half of what Download Studio does.

"good download tools" has great breadth of tools to rival any of competitors, firefox integration great and also works with flashgot it is a 15 day trial that you need to register to continue using there are a few good products in the category, some are free and some are not. all have good and bad points, but this set of tools is a great place to start. it is super quick and easy to use once you get your head around it.

"Worked for me on a download" This program worked where a few others did not. I was able to get a copy of a video that was embedded on a website for a TV news show. It copies the video in real time from my screen. Other programs try to download the file, and they never did it. The screen was a little out of sync at times, but picture was clear, audio was good. okey dokey

This program does so much for the disabled; it helps me find the files that I need.I just tell it what I want and it finds it; It also remembers to only get the files that have changed since the last search. How perfect is that? The only con that I can think of is that it took me so many years before I found it. This product is so perfect for the disabled, the internet can be so confusing and complicated. This product is like a best friend sitting beside you helping you getthe files that you need. The interface is so simple to figure out; the more youuse it the more you realize just how many features and how powerful thistool really is... Special thanks for making my life easier!!!

I had been looking for a long time for a good download manager that would integrate well with my Opera which is my favorite browser, and then I came across this program. I installed the trial thinking that probably will be another flop after my experience with a number of other download managers. I was pleasantly surprised, and wonder why it took me so long to find this great download manager. It's got many advanced features (to be honest I really don't use them all), and integrates beautifully with Opera and other browsers. Everything so far has been a breeze, with no problems at all during installation or afterwards. just as I installed it I was doing more research about it, and got nervous when I saw some comments here about problems uninstalling, as I stupidly hadn't created a restore point. I immediately uninstalled and had no problems so I'm not sure what their problem was. In either case it's always recommended to create a restore point before installing new software.
