They should make it so that when you click on that stupid Blue E for internet explorer it starts firefox instead...... that would be cool......

You can't click Help in Firefox and click Check for updates when you don't have Firefox. Haven't you read the note "If you already have Firefox installed you don't need this utility."? This is by far the easiest, fastest and best way to get Firefox installed (when it's not already installed) wherever you are. Period.

Now I can use Firefox on the Guest account of every computer. And believe me, that's better then Internet Explorer 6. Really.

This is better then a portable version of Firefox, because with this you don't need anything else (like an USB-Stick with Firefox Portable) and it's really easy to use, since everything is done for you after starting it.

You should read the description before you write a review: If you don't have Firefox you can't go into advanced Firefox tools. Really!? Like saying if you don't have a girlfriend you can't get laid. YOU should think before you speak. As far as user rights, I highly doubt I will be in a situation wherein I so desperately need to get on the net that this will be the solution. Plus with limited rights nothing gets installed nor downloaded anyway. (IE is missing-OMG!) I got off the firefox bandwagon a couple months or more ago. I would suggest running a portable version if anything.

FirefoxS is the easiest way to get a good browser and Flash, even on a restricted user account! You should read the description before you write a review: If you don't have Firefox you can't go into advanced Firefox tools.

FirefoxS "could be useful" IIIFFFFF it would update ALLLLLL Moz variants(& their particular-version tailored addons)-- from KMeleon to SeaMonkey to Orca to Flock to FF to etc. There's something to be said for the update process not interfering when opening the browser(particularly when restoring a large, important, yet-unsaved or unnamed session)... especially when pressed for time, memory usage is high, not wanting to lose a session to a crash or freeze, etc. With several browsers / many addons installed, it beats the manual alternative...

FirefoxS has a nice list of features for such a small and efficient program: - FirefoxS doesn't ask the user difficult questions, doesn't show technical information and gives no complicated error messages - FirefoxS supports both 32-bit and 64-bit versions (if available) of Microsoft Windows 98, 98 SE, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003, 2008 and Vista - FirefoxS can be started from Internet Explorer 1.0 through 8.0 - FirefoxS works even under the most restricted user accounts: if the rights of the user running FirefoxS are not sufficient enough Firefox won't be installed, but only extracted to a temporary directory. Because FirefoxS opens the website(s) directly, the user won't notice the difference - FirefoxS can open the website(s) immediately in the desired language Mozilla Firefox can indeed automatically check for updates, but doesn't always update major versions (for instance from Firefox 2 to Firefox 3), while this FirefoxS utility does... automatically. And of course FirefoxS can also automatically install Mozilla Firefox on systems on which Mozilla Firefox wasn't ever installed before. But the greatest feature of FirefoxS for me is that it doesn't only install Mozilla Firefox, but also can immediately open websites in it. This feature, combined with that FirefoxS even works under the most restricted user accounts (so you know it'll work for everyone), allows webmasters to easily REQUIRE Mozilla Firefox in order to view their website by including FirefoxS on it (so they no longer have to waste hours and hours on problems which only occur in non standard compliant browsers): 1. The user visits a website with an non standard compliant browser (in which the website doesn't work or look right) 2. The website starts FirefoxS 3. Mozilla Firefox is installed automatically and opens the website in Mozilla Firefox, so the website looks and works exactly as intended by the webmaster
